Bill and Kim
Snider

Bill and Kim have lived in the Philippines since 1988.  They are currently Area Directors of A/G personnel in Southeast Asia.  They also founded and continue to direct Asia Pacific Media Ministries.

Southeast Asia is composed of the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and East Timor—the newest country in the Asia Pacific region.  Southeast Asia, with a population of over 350 million people, has a total of 60 Assemblies of God missionary families serving there.

Asia Pacific Media Ministries is the media arm for the Assemblies of God in Asia. The twin focus of AP Media is training nationals in media through workshops, and also the production of media tools—radio programs, TV shows, and movies.  Native actors, speakers and indigenous languages are used.  Bill also oversees China Radio, a media ministry serving the Church in Mainland China.

Before coming into missions, Bill worked for the Illinois District Assemblies of God pioneering the New Life Radio network.

On a personal basis, Bill is a popular speaker in the Philippines in churches and at district meetings.  For several years, Kim produced radio programs targeting Filipino family issues.  She has written a devotional book for mothers and currently publishes a quarterly magazine for Filipino women called MOMS.  She is editor of a new devotional book written by Filipino authors which will come out this year.  Kim teaches writing in seminars in the Philippines and South Pacific.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Central Bible College, and has a master’s degree from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary.  Kim is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has a master's degree from Southern Illinois University. Both are currently pursuing their doctorates.

Bill and Kim have two sons and three grandsons!
